Dr. Julie Ring is outstanding (as is her staff). She is very professional, responsible, and always provides the needed procedures without trying to "upsell" her patients to higher cost procedures.

Dr. Ring is awesome! I have been to her several times over the years for cleanings and fillings. She has a pleasent, calming bedside manner and her staff have always been professional. Like many people out there, I had always feared going to the dentist; not so when I see Dr. Ring. If she runs late, she still gives equal time, and I don't feel she rushes me out the door.

Her front desk staff is always cheerful, and very knowledgable about my insurance benefits. Takes the time to answer all my billing questions, and very accomidating to by busy schedule.

The new office is incredible. Very warm, and much better seating. Family friendly.

Check-ups. Always running 30 or more minutes late. Seems to sacrifice service for patient volume. Front office staff not customer friendly. Attitude seems to be that they are doing you a favor by being there.

Dr. Ring is outstanding. She is gentle, kind, explains the options to me, treats me with respect, and gives excellent dental care to our whole family. Our boys have autism and she is amazing with them! I highly recommend her. An added bonus for my kids....her new waiting room is so fun that I have to promise our kids we can play for a few minutes after their appointments are over. They LOVE going to the dentist...who can say that about their kids? They actually get excited when I tell them they have an appointment coming up. Dr. Ring is the best!!!

I have had a lot of dental work done over my 65 years and Dr. Ring has the most efficient office and does the best work , including root canal, crowns, fillings, and an extraction. She spends time with the patients, has a soothing manner to calm nervousness and follows up with a phone call after a procedure. When I chipped my front tooth, she got me in the same day and added composite material to flawlessly fix it.

Her front desk is manned by two capable receptionists who call to remind of appointments and greet patients in a friendly way They make follow up appointments to accomodate schedules and help with insurance claims.

The new office is lovely, the waiting room, the magazines, the fish tank, and the toys and games including real arcade games for the kids, both young and old.

About Hygienist: The hygenists are wonderful; I have had Crystal and Amanda most of the time and they are gentle, yet thorough and do an oral cancer screening . They clean and floss so well that my teeth feel squeaky clean.

Dr. Ring is good with the basic stuff but would recommend seeing a specialist for anything beyond cavities and cleaning.

Experience with crown on a dental implant has been less than desirable.

Staff is pleasant and try hard. Like most medical professionals, Dr. Ring schedules overlap appointments and is sometime very rushed and behind.

Front office help has turned over and is now getting better

About Hygienist: Crystal, Dr. Ring's hygienist, is a perfectionist. She is meticulous with her work and very informative on good oral hygiene. Such a pleasure to have her take care of me. Also, I love how Dr. Ring's office has individual exam rooms. I get nervous when someone is getting the laughing gas or an extraction, so that helps reduce the anxiety. Additionally, the room is painted in a soft violet color with a butterfly hanging from the ceiling. Very calming.

Dr. Ring is an extremely kind, caring, and gentle dentist. She treats her patients with respect. Dr. Ring's dental work is tremendous. She offers her patients options and lets them be part of the decision-making process. Her office is emaculate and her staff quite knowledgable and polite. Her dental equipment is "state of the art." Dr. Ring is a wonderful dentist. Not only do I see Dr. Ring, but all of my children do as well. I give Dr. Ring my highest recommendation.

When I first came to Dr. Ring, it was after seeing two other dentists associated with the local university. One said I had 13 cavities, the other said I had one, and that one wasn't one of the 13 the first identified! Dr. Ring took x-rays and took the time to explain to me what did and didn't need a filling. (By the way, I had no cavities).

What matters most is that I trust this dentist implicitly. She sees my family and I recommend her to others.

I gave a cost rating for this dentist (3), but it perhaps does not apply because insurance has covered my treatment.

I have been going to Dr. Ring for approximately 5- 6 years. It is a very professional environment, but it is also very comfortable and progressive.The staff is very friendly and very competent. I recently broke a tooth and they got me right in. I had to have a crown and it was painless and quick. I am very comfortable there and would encourage anyone looking for a new dentist to go here. Dr. Ring is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I am never worried or fearful when I go there because I know I am going to be taken of care of by the best.

Dr. Ring's office is very modern and a lot of thought was put into making it a comfortable place for clients. I have never had to wait to be seen, it's always a good experience for something a lot of people are afraid of! I have my regular checks ups and cleanings and have fillings, a root canal and several crowns. I am absolutely thrilled to have such a great young professional, knowledgable doctor that I can trust all the way.

I would highly recomend Dr. Ring and I am so happy to know she and her staff are there if I need them. This office really goes out of the way to take care of you. It is such peace of mind to know they care so much and really take care of you.

I have seen Dr Ring for the last 2 years. She has always been pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I went through invisaline treatment and my wife and I were amazed by the results. Not only were my teeth straight for my wedding day but Dr Ring went the extra mile and fixed a chipped tooth 2 days before the big day for no extra charge (big surprise for my wife-to-be!).

I have also visited her office for routine cleanings and exams and always have had professional, courteous service by Dr Ring and her wonderful staff.

When I first started seeing Dr Ring I thought the wait was rather long (sometimes waited in the waiting room longer than my appointment would last). Although, they seemed to have fixed this problem. Over the past year, every time I've come in I was promptly serviced.

I had chosen to go to Doctor Ring based on these user reviews. My second visit was to get a cavity filled and it was a horrible experience. She gave me the needle to freeze my mouth and then left for 30 minutes! When she started drilling I was not frozen enough and started wincing. She let me wince in pain for a good 3-4 minutes before she said that she should give me another needle. I decided to change dentists then and there.

Dr. Ring is now our family dentist. Her care covers our three children, ages 14, 4 and 2 . ALL of the kids had great experiences in her office. Not one walked away with any kind of "dentist" fear (which was my primary concern in looking for a family dentist).
