Case Description
Planning to get upper dentures, but not until another month, and I am now experiencing severe pain in the indicated teeth. I believe one or more is infected and may require surgery. I do not have any dental insurance and looking for free clinics or low-cost providers.

call the greater st louis dental society central office at 314-569-0444. they have a list of reduced fee clinics in the st louis area. call right away so you can get in somewhere right away. there is no need to suffer. good luck.jeff dalin, dds
