Case Description
I was your patient last year and part of this year. My name is Shirley Mcguire. You made my dentures and I need to know if they are covered for relines at no charge since you made them. Also I told you at the time I came to you I wanted all my teeth removed and you decided to leave 4 of them on the lowerjaw now they are falling apart . Now I have to pay to have them removed and a new lower denture made . I think you should listen to your patients sometimes. My E-Mail address is laddie37@centurytel.net

Are You This Patient?
When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

ShirleyI stand by my decision to save any teeth that I can on the bottom. On the lower arch, having anything to hold on to is better than having a complete lower denture. The tongue likes to move those around too easily. Have you been taking good care of those remaining teeth? They need to be cared for very thoroughly. But if you need to have those teeth out, you do not have to have a new lower denture made. You can convert the lower partial into a lower complete denture relatively easily as the teeth are removed. That is of course if they all need to be removed. As far as relines go, I would need to do an examination first to make sure a reline is needed or would improve anything. So if you want to let me look at things, please feel free to call the office at 314-567-5612. I hope this informaion helps you out. I am here to offer you the best dental care possible.
